SI 2026/848 comes into force, the G98 amendment takes effect, and the permitted development right for solar equipment is updated on the same day.
After this date the pre-27 August 2026 permitted development rules can no longer be relied on.
Those are the two live items. If the Northern Ireland position resolves, or the planning transitional period produces anything worth knowing before it ends, you will get an email. We will not send anything else.
